3 tomatoes, sliced to ¼\” thickness
2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tablespoons fresh basil, more if desired
More Parmesan cheese, to taste

Wow just read the ingredients,anyone have a good suggestion for a good dry white wine,that’s at least tasty enough to sip on as well as use for this recipe?I do not want to buy wine I can’t at least have a little bit of,just for a recipe,unless it is good!!!please help!!!thankyou ahead of time!!!
