Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Zucchini Noodles
Ingredients:
3 tbsp of butter
6 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp canola oil or olive oil
1 lb sirloin steak cut into bite size pieces
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tbsp parsley chopped
4 large zucchini spiralized (in the form of noodles)
Directions:
In a small saucepan, add butter and minced garlic. Cook the butter over low medium heat until it is melted, and the garlic starts to brown. This will signal that the flavour of garlic is infused with the butter
Stir in the garlic powder and soy sauce into the butter. Taste and adjust as needed. Set aside.
Add the canola oil to a large cast iron skillet separately and bring to high heat.
When oil is hot, add in the steak. Cook steak about 1-2 minutes on each side, letting them develop a golden sear before flipping them.
Lightly season steak with salt as needed. (Keep in mind that the sauce will add sodium to the steak).
When steak is almost finished cooking, pour two-thirds of the garlic butter sauce over the steak. Stir steak until it is cooked and evenly coated in sauce.
Garnish with parsley.
Using the same pan (to keep in any remaining sauces from the steak and sauce), add in the zucchini noodles and remaining garlic butter sauce for flavourful zoodles.
Stir zucchini noodles until they are fully cooked.
Season with salt as needed.
Set the plate with a side of zucchini and your tender steak bites. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Chef’s Special Tips for this Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Zucchini Noodles dish
Recommended cut of steak for this recipe is sirloin steak. You can also go for Rib Eye or New York strip cut as well.
In case you prefer eating a crusted exterior of the steaks, always heat the pan at high heat. You can use iron skillets for this purpose as they work best for crusted steaks because of high heat property.
The steak bites are small in size; hence they take only a few minutes to cook through. Avoid overcooking the steak bites by stirring them. The ideal steak sear will always come by cooking at one side properly, and then flipping to other side.
Toss the Steak bites in the Garlic Butter Sauce only after they are cooked through.

Salt To Taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper To Taste
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon

Directions
Season your pork shoulder chops with paprika, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Set the Pork Chops aside.
Prepare a pan by adding some olive oil. Pan fry the Pork Shoulder Chops for 4-5 minutes on each side or until pork is cooked though and there is a nice sear at the pork chops on each side. Remove from pan then set aside.
Using the same pan, add some butter then sauté the garlic and onions together.
Add the chillies then stir fry until fragrant.
Add the oregano and basil, give it a mix then pour the white wine. Bring it to a boil and reduce it a bit for enhanced flavour.
Add the cream and simmer the sauce gently. Add parmesan cheese to the sauce and let it simmer.
Add salt and pepper to the sauce for seasoning.
Add the spinach to the sauce and cook until it wilts.
Add in the pork shoulder chops into the sauce and scoop the sauce on top making sure the pork chops are all covered with the cream sauce.
Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top, let it melt.

Recipe Notes When using dry white wine, try to heat and reduce it before adding the cream. After addition of cream, the wine may not reduce at all. This is a main course recipe, so it will take about 50 minutes to prepare the dish. But all the time taken to prepare, and cook is all worth it in the end; we promise you! The trick is to keep everything fresh yet cook it nicely as well.
You can start by sautéing the fresh shrimp in olive oil, minced garlic and butter, till it is slightly pink on both of the sides. The pink colour determines that the shrimp is still undercooked, but it will cook through later with the rest of the elements. Cooking it now will only result in hardening of shrimps later. The next step is to add in generous amounts of paprika and salt. This is to season the shrimps thoroughly for rich taste.
Now, you can add in the fresh chopped tomatoes and cooked spinach along with hints of minced garlic (again, because it’s really the essence of the dish!) and some crushed chilli flakes to the shrimps on the skillet. Once this mixture is prepared, you can remove the skillet from the heat, and turn over to cook your pasta. You can opt for any kind of pasta for the recipe, but our favourite is the fettuccine pasta.
After the Boil, Cook and Drain processing of the pasta, it is now ready to be added to the shrimp mixture. Combine the drained pasta to the skillet and toss it with more butter and lemon juice. Try adding more seasoning of salt and red chilli flakes while heating up your pasta dish to bring out the flavour in the pasta. Not only will this heat your pasta dish, but also add flavour. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and Voila! It is ready to be served.

The Dill Pickle Chicken Salad Recipe takes just 3 elements to make- Chicken chunks, diced dill pickle and green onions. The ideal chicken you can get for this salad is the Rotisserie chicken because it has the perfect tenderness and seasoning, which saves time to cook the chicken first. In case you are not a fan, you can always flavour your chicken as you like. You can even choose to dice or shred the chicken as per your liking, and then add it to the salad. Given an estimate, you’ll need about 2 cups of home-cooked chicken alternative to 4 cups of Rotisserie chicken as per the recipe.
The next step is to prepare a creamy dill pickle dressing for your salad. Creamy means rich and richer, because salads are already plain and dry. So, the dressings should always be creamy to give you the perfect addition of creaminess which balances the salad. Another factor can be that setting your salad in the fridge causes dryness; as chicken soaks up the dressing, so you need to prepare your dill pickle dressing creamy and rich for better results. To prepare the dressing, you’ll need cream cheese, mayonnaise, pickle juice from the dill pickle jar, garlic powder and some salt and pepper seasoning. You can stir all the elements together in a jar at once and mix it together till you obtain a creamy texture of the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and set it in the fridge.
