one white onion, 3- peeled and boiled potatoes, a pinch of paprika, salt and pepper, béchamel sauce, a pack of ground beef, and 1 large size pack of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Preparation of béchamel sauce: Take 5 tablespoons of butter and melt it on low flame.
Add 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and stir until it becomes smooth.
Now add 4 cups of milk to it and bring it to boil for 10 minutes.
Stir the mixture constantly.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt to it and then put in ½ teaspoon of nutmeg.
And then add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix it well.
Bechamel sauce is ready.
