I make almost the same recipe but omit the sour cream. Spray bottom of crockpot with cooking spray, put four pieces of Swiss cheese, then add rest of ingredients (I also use frozen carrots) and cook as directed. Open some cranberry sauce and gravy and it’s almost like Thanksgiving. Yum!
Think I should get a Crock Pot..this seems so easy.
I made this the other day and it is good!
Cook on high or low and how long
then do not eat or make it, no need for the rude comment

Ad to a bag of stuffing mix with 1 cup water top chicken. Top woth frozen fresh or canned grean beans. High of 3 to 4 houra low 8 hours. So good
I love Chicken but can’t eat it. I am disgusted that there China poop in our chicken since it is processed in China sewer water.
I agree with several others who said I can’t open the recipe. Do I have to join the club?
Crock Pot Chicken and Stuffing
Serves: 3-4 servings
Ingredients
1(10.5) ounce can of cream of chicken soup (or use cream of mushroom soup, it’s less salty)
8 oz. sour cream
1 (6 oz.) box stuffing mix* (Stove Top & Pepperidge Farm are a few of my favs)
¾ cup water
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen green beans
3-4 large chicken breasts, salted and peppered if desired.
Instructions
Place the chicken on the bottom of the crock pot.
Mix together the soup, sour cream, stuffing, half of the water, and place over the chicken.
Place the string beans either on one side of the crock pot or over the stuffing. You’ll want to mix the stuffing periodically if possible- I don’t mind mixing the string beans in with the stuffing but if you’d prefer that they remain separate, place the string beans more to the side.
Add the remaining water during the cooking process as needed. I always use all of the water but crock pots cook slightly differently, so adding as needed is safer. If you’re leaving for the day, add the remaining water when you return if you feel you need it.
Cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 6-7
*No need to cook the stuffing mix prior to adding to crock pot
Notes for those who cant open this recipe
Can you please send me this full recipe. Thank you, j
for those who could not open the recipe dont think I am interested…
4 hours on high 6 to 7 on low

Yum
Not good. Every time I make it I don’t get to the sides. Just not right.
Yep. Red yellow black and white they are precious in his sight
this is so good but next time i will use caned green beans or corn but very tasty
Deb!!! make it
I make this with a few changes. I spray crockpot with cooking spray, layer four pieces of Swiss cheese. Add chicken breasts. I don’t use sour cream. Mix stuffing with soup, can of water. Cover top of chicken. I use frozen carrots. Cooke on high for 3 1/2 hours so it doesn’t dry out. When ready to serve I serve it with chicken gravy and cranberry sauce.
yum
yum
What does the song have to do with the recipe?
Not worth the effort.
Made it..didn’t like the stuffing..too mushy
looks so good
Looks good.
you cannot access the recipe, all ads..
This is the worst recipe I have ever made. It looked like dog food and didn’t taste much better. I thought crock pot meant “no stirring or adding

That is such a mean thing to say….keep your propaganda too yourself…smh
Christen Heck it’s the truth. All store bought chicken. You need to wake up. Get your head out of the clouds. Google it. Chicken processed in China.
Looks yummy
I made this the other day I substituted low-sodium cream of mushroom soup for the sour cream. Awesome
Looks good, Ginger Neldner!
Yes, this is a will try. So simple. Thanks Ross Groat!
Yum
You lost me at cream of crap soup.
Yummy

Stove top stuffing mix is not STUFFING……..
Toooo much trouble hunting your recipes. Wont be using this blog!!!!!
Looks delicious!!
I made this today minus the green beans. Made vegetables separately. It was absolutely delicious!
Thank you Darleen. I’m going to try it your way. ☺
I always thought of stove top as a veggie, I know it’s not, but I’m with you, it’s not Stuffing!
I second that comment. I always stop when I see the NEXT PAGE directive.
Low 8 hours someone commented. I’ve never made it
Sudie my chicken is not from China. There are thousands upon thousands of processing plants in the USA. Someone lied.to you.
What companies process there chicken in USA. I’d like to know where and what chicken is safe to buy at the store. Mane a few.
Name a few.
how long do you put in crockpot?
i have made this and its very good but i started making it with corn instead of gr. beans i cut about 4 or 5 ears of corn in half and put that in there veery good yummmy
Alta. Name brands of chicken not processed in china. I’d like to know about these thousands of store chickens processed in USA.
U like china$#%&!@*in your food. Eat it.
I agree but it is because the recipe is written wrong. You put the chicken in the crackpot, then mix up the soup, sour cream and parsley. Pour over chicken. Then mix stuffing with broth and put that on top. Let it cook. It will be better
I can’t ever get these recipes.I have missed out on some good ones .Like this chicken and dressing in the Crock pot.
Unable to get recipe. 🙁
Yummy
Damn, wake up! It is 2017. When will America stop trying to think gourmet cooking involves cans of soup, Lipton’s Onion Soup mix, and all sorts of pre-packaged stuff? Have you actually read the list of ingredients on that stuff? That style of cooking was worn out over 50 years ago.
Mark Frey
Shame you have to click through pages of ads and bullshit to get to the ingredients AND instructions
