Easy Slow Cooker Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
4 Large Chicken Breasts (skinless, boneless – diced into chunks)
1 Large Brown Onion (diced)
1 Tablespoon of Curry Powder
1 Tablespoon of Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon of Chilli Powder (or more if desired)
3 to 4 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
1 Cup of Natural Unflavoured Yoghurt
400ml Can of Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup of Tomato Paste (Concentrated Tomato Puree)
100g of Butter
Salt and Pepper
Rice, Noodles or Mixed Vegetables (to serve)
Fresh Coriander (to garnish)Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
