That is definitely one easy meal to prepare and perfect to put together any night of the week. The whole family will love this “meatballs and orzo” recipe, a quick and easy one pot meal (excepting the fact that you need to boil the orzo separate).
Those meatballs made of little pieces of the spicy Italian sausage, the bitter collard greens and the sundried tomato slivers…those flavors work perfectly together! Melted and coated with orzo, this combination is tasty, delicious and a huge success!
