Learn how to make homemade mozzarella sticks just like you find in a restaurant! So much better than the heat-n-serve frozen ones and a lot cheaper too!

Homemade Mozzarella Sticks

Watch the video below and learn how to make fried mozzarella sticks with marinara dipping sauce. Perfect for after-school snacks, late night munchies, game day or parties, this recipe is also a fast crowd-pleasing appetizer.

I don\'t recommend baking these as the breading needs to cook before the cheese turns to oozing molten lava. 😉

[Video Recipe] Best Ever Homemade Meatloaf

Meatloaf is one of my favorite things to make and eat! It’s such great food, once you have a basic recipe, you can add any of your favorite flavor: spices, veggies, cheeses – and still can\'t go wrong.

Did you know that the meatloaf has European origins? I find this fascinating! Every country in Europe has a different type of meatloaf version which is served with mashed potatoes (when warm) and with various sauces and with a loaf of bread (when cold).

By Wikipedia, meatloaf in the contemporary American sense did not appear in cookbooks until the late 19th century! Pretty interesting!

This homemade Meatloaf recipe is a really good recipe, and very easy to follow. Sooner than you imagine, it will become your favorite recipe. Meatloaf is great comfort food; you can always add what you like. If you don’t like a flavor, don’t add it! It will still be ok.
