1 pound whole grain penne
1/4 cup olive oil (plus additional to garnish)
2 cloves garlic (peeled, minced)
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
1 14- ounce can cannellini beans (drained, rinsed)
1 lemon (zested, 1/2 juiced)
1 10- ounce box frozen whole-leaf spinach (thawed)
1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano (grated, to garnish)
