  • 300g flour
  • 20g cooking oil

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, crack 3 eggs and add 60g of sugar and 3g of fermentation net. Mix well.
  2. Add Flour: Gradually add 300g of flour and stir until crumbly.
  3. Knead Dough: Pour in 20g of cooking oil and knead until you have a smooth dough.
  4. First Rise: Cover and let it rise until doubled in size—your dough should look honeycomb-like!
  5. Shape Doughnuts: Knead to release air, divide into portions, and roll each into a disc using a bottle cap to create the doughnut shape.
  6. Second Rise: Cover with plastic wrap and let them rise again until doubled.
  7. Fry: Heat oil to 50% temperature and fry slowly on low heat until golden brown.
  8. Finish: Optionally brush with honey and sprinkle with coconut flakes for a tropical twist!
